    We send the role brief and have a 30-minute intro call. The salary band is already in the listing — no surprise.

    Paid practical case

    One 1.5-hour case. We don't run unpaid work — €250 gross paid on submission.

    Half-day with the team

    Two-hour technical session + one-hour culture conversation with the 3–4 people you'd actually work with.

    Offer + decision

    Written offer by the end of the week. We give you 7 days to decide, no pressure.
