“Sinners is set in 1932, when hair was typically very flat, short and worn close to the head. I love the deep waves of the 1930s, but they were usually quite controlled and minimal,” notes celebrity hairstylist Andrew Fitzsimons. “Hailee’s dress is so beautiful—very chic but also sexy—so I wanted to reference a 1930s wave while loosening it slightly. We kept it close to the head, but made it more relaxed with a deep side part.” To get the look, Fitzsimons used BELLAMI Silk Seam Clip-In’s in Dark Honey Cocoa, ghd hair tools and sprays from his own brand.
